lots of jobs can be a real pain in the butt. but if i had to pick 1 job id never want to do again it would probably a power steering pump on a hyundai azera (i believe thats what the car was) that sucked. it was just in a really really tight spot

I got to say installing engine intake/exhaust spring loaded valves – no matter how careful these valve springs end up poping out during the installation and you would have to crawl on your knees to find. The springs are usually under high tension when it happens and you would end up finding it days later from someplace that you never expect.

How about replacing belts on a SAAB.

If you ever have then you know why I only am saying 7 words.
