Misfire when decelerating

Hello, I have a 2006 Pacifica Touring 3.5L. After passing someone or driving at highway speeds when I let off the gas the CEL flashes. This does not happen when accelerating. Scanner shows multiple misfires. I have replaced plugs, coil packs and upper intake manifold gaskets but nothing has helped. I would appreciate any help in solving this issue. Thanks

Best to be viewing / recording live data on the engine when the issue happens to see if anything stands out as unusual.
