Hey Eric, I was thinking that you should do a video on cars tha dealerships “marry”
What I mean by that are vehicles that the aren’t repaired completely and always come back for repair
Case in point, we had an older Mazda 626 that our old service manager approved a junkyard motor to be installed in.
The issue was the cel always came on and it rarely passed emissions, being pre 1996 the codes were less then helpful,
and to make matters worse the engine had sensors it didn’t need and was missing others, due to the fact that it could have been one of 4 styles of that particular engine. Whenever it came in the service manager handed off to every tech until it pulled too many hours and then above gave it to an hourly guy until the problem was solved. It was a complete mess and a nightmare, have you had any experience with these terrible choices made by either customers or service managers?
Thanks
