Tough time figuring this out…My tires are good year with good tread, correct tire pressure, and seem to be balanced (no pulling to one side or vibration in the steering wheel). Brakes are good, just passed a pretty thorough state inspection, and I can’t seem to figure out what’s causing my loud road noise?
Whenever I drive, I can hear VERY loud road noise and it gets louder the faster I go.
The noise gets louder when accelerating and quieter when decelerating.
Pushing in the clutch at any speed has no affect on the noise. It’s still there and follows my actual speed.
When taking sharp turns the noise neither increases or decreases. What the heck is causing it???
