Loud bang when going over bumps steering crazy

Hi there,
Ihave a 1996 infiniti g20. I just replaced the lower ball joint(driver side) inner and outer tie rods(both sides). I know it needs an alignment but the steering is really jerking around every where. Also, if i turn the wheel, it will maintain the turn without correcting the wheel. It would just do donuts without correcting. It makes a crazy LOUD bang on both sides when going over bumps. Any ideas on what this might be? Strut mounts, sway bar bushings, wheel bearings? Something is definitely wrong, its not just the alignment. Thanks

I had that problem in my 95 Accord. Turned out the upper control arms were swapped.
I don’t know about your car though
