Hello everyone…my kia rio LX 2006 losses power while driving on interstate. I lost power steering, brakes and i have to slow down and stop at shoulder lane. all warning lights went on; engine warning, brake, oil pressure, battery. after a couple of minutes my car starts and a was able to go home then took it to an auto parts to test battery(2 year old) and alterator(stock) and it turns out ok. i cheked for loose connections but didnt find any .i drove the car again the following day in short distances only and didnt have any problem. what is wrong with my car?

it is getting serious. stalled for 5th and 6th times. All of them happend early in the morning while slowing down. im going to purchase power probe and multimeter to check relays. is there a chance that relay is the culprit?
It’s not likely to be a relay problem. Based on your description I might be checking the idle circuit. If the IAC isn’t working properly it can cause the engine to stall when you come to a stop. With stalling while driving however, you might want to check the operation of the ignition switch. If the ignition switch is going bad it would be similar to you turning off the engine while driving. If you have any CEL codes stored, that would be the best place to start.
If you find yourself getting in over your head, it might not be a bad idea to take it to a professional.
