      Scenario:

      Jeep Liberty rolling down the highway at 70mph, loses the left front tire. What happens?

      I’ll let you know why soon. Didn’t want to blast you with a wall of text before this question.

        Yeah, I was thinking that, too. But why wouldn’t they go back to that shop? I have a feeling they just wanted to get rid of the vehicle instead of making the necessary repairs and they are trying to pawn it off on me. They are probably low on money for Christmas.

          Yeah, it sure looks fishy. The brake rotor should show plenty of witness marks. And how does one keep on driving when the wheel is wobbling around loose? And most folks would have gotten a phone cam video and a police report to document the situation.

          As it is, it’s their dubious word against yours, so I doubt if they would win in court.
