I’m looking to buy a 2006 Ford Fusion with the 2.3 and 5-speed. Are there any common problems with these cars? Besides looking at the basics is there anything particular I should look at? How good are the 2.3 engines? Is the engine a non-interference?

They’re good cars. My cousin had the 2.3 and had zero issues with it. I got a 2012 (2.5) last year and I love it too. They get great gas mileage too.
