Watched your video “How to change Honda automatic transmission Fluid.” Your video is excellent! I have not been able to locate the transmission dipstick on a 2004 Pilot. I was told by an independent mechanic that there isn’t one. Is that true? I was able to locate the 17mm bolt for the fill hole. This is not my vehicle. If it was I would have changed transmission fluid every 30,000 miles. Since the fluid has NOT been changed in a while, would the device at a Honda dealer to “flush” the transmission be useful? Thank you for your time.

Yes there is a dip stick. It will have a loop handle with a yellow cover. It is short and close to the side of the transmission.Have vehicle at operating temp with engine off to check level.
