Check plugs and wires first. In fact, check all wires and ground connections. You will need to give more info but I presume if you have replaced trans and it’s 2001, it’s probably has more than 100,000 miles on car. I presume no codes means you did plug in OBD-II tester and no hidden codes also. If fuel filter not been replaced (in past 50,000 miles) could be that but usually not a miss at idle (but could be). Light miss at speed and occasional miss at idle can be more “fun” to find because it sounds like most of the time, it runs smoothly. Also makes me wonder if timing is off a little maybe so check that too. Eric has some great videos on other parts of this website that can help you a lot. Just do a search and you will see.
