Ok i have a 1992 honda accord lx that has a leak coming from the rubber hose that is connected from the iac valve to the fit valve. What size rubber tubing should i be getting.

i also have a problem with my e brake. My car when you let go of the e brake makes a thumping noise, and sometimes it does not even disengage and i have to mess with it till it does. There is also a metal on metal sound now coming from the back of the car when i get to about 20 mph or less while breaking.

For the rubber hose. Try and remove it and take it to the auto part store.
Another vehicle will be needed here. for the brakes/e brake this link will help.

I believe fuel line is the same size as that coolant hose. As suggested you might take it to the auto parts store to get it sized correctly.

As for the brakes, sounds like the shoes are hanging up on the backing plate. In addition to the article College man posted, this info should be helpful to you.
