Leaking coolant 97 f150 4.2 v6

Leaking coolant on the left side of engine (if looking at it from the front). Possibly near the front of the head? I have no clue where it’s coming from. My buddy said it’s possibly coming from the timing chain cover but I lreally don’t want to pull all the serpentine belt stuff off if I don’t have to. Any guesses?

Check the weep hole on the water pump for signs of leakage

Not the weep hole. Have a look at this. Leaking between the plate that has all the idler pulleys on it and the engine block?
