First you have to research the company you are working for as much as possible through the internet or people that you may know are working there. Then you will know what question to ask “to interview the interviewer”.

This is highly recommended because your questions back to the interviewer show that you are interested and also shows initiative.

Let me think on this for a bit. I have a few more videos lined up first. It’s a good topic and I hope to touch on it at some point.
