      When I drive on the highway everything is fine. When I do stop and go driving sometimes the water temp fluctuates or goes up a few marks then stays there for a few minutes then goes back down. It seems to happen more after restarting the engine. I’ve replaced most of the cooling system and fixed about 90% of the issue.

        After replacing the parts, did you bleed the cooling system properly? When this happens does your air conditioning stop cooling?
