      B) 2 yrs ago I replaced my oil pump, timing belt, and waterpump. I had no noise or problems then. I just replaced my radiator and cap 2 wks ago used an air lift to transfer new coolant into the system. Now I have a gurgle sound when I start the engine and stop the engine. Oil is fine, doesnt loose coolant, no head gasket failure (using dye check). Engine is 2.4l with 155000 miles. Thanks.

With the replacement of the radiator.I would suggest
that air is now in the cooling system and needs to be
bled.here is a video to help you bleed the cooling system.
don’t worry about the bleeder valve.its not needed at this
time.also the spill proof funnel is an option.just run the
coolant a little low so it does not spill.;)

Thanks for the advice. I have used an air lift, which puts the cooling system in a vacuum, for years on heavy equipment. It is suppose to eliminate air pockets. But after watching the video I think that I left the heat control on the cold setting which might have caused the air pocket. I am going to drain the coolant system and try this again. Again thanks.

Yea you need to make sure the heat is on to circulate coolant through the heater core, if not air can be trapped there, hence the noise.
