Hi, I’ve got a 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0 automatic and it recently started hesitating/ bucking while going up hills/accelerating. I’m not sure what is causing this, but based on my RPMs, I feel like it’s a problem with my overdrive. Suggestions? Help!?

Have you gotten any codes pulled?

Checking for faultcode’s is step#1`, skipping this step is plain stupid.
The problem might be in the ignition, sparkplugs, ignitionleads. These are the most commen isseu’s whit these kinds of complaints

I pulled codes and had 2 new ones:
P0123 for high voltage from the throttle position sensor
            P0121 for TPS signal.
I replaced the TPS and the shifting problem did not go away.

Also, when I rev the engine in park, immediately after, it stalls on me now.
