Issue with logging in

Whenever I am browsing the site as a guest and I click the “reply” or the make “new post” button I am brought up to the login page. After I put in my credentials I am logged in but I am not brought back to the page that I initially wanted.

This was like this on the old site. Also sometimes I would login and get brought to a search page for the FATR

there is no posting for guests and it is setup to boot you back to the main forum once you log in, i cannot change that. just make sure your logged in before you start browsing.

as for being in weird places once you log in, that should not happen and i wonder if there is something wrong with your computer. basically you log in from the main page you go to the my etcg page. if you log into the mytecg page then you stay there on the config screen and then you log into the forum from the top of the page it will bring you to the main page of the forum.

well the weird places after I login happened on the old website. I will have to try it here.

I just think the boot back to the main forum is kind of annoying sometimes. When I find a thread I want to reply to and I login and get thrown back it discourages me from really participating sometimes.

thanks! and ill see if there is another option for it but i have yet to see anything that will leave you on the page. as far as the old site there is nothing about this site that is the same.

I mean I found a work around, you can just go back and reply but sometimes its a bit confusing.
