Is my harmonic balance separated?

The vehicle is 2005 Pilot with 105K miles.

In order to unscrew the crankshaft bolt I sprayed it with the penetrating oil for about 3 days. The harmonic balancer naturally got wet too. When I finally removed it I saw the oil on the back of the pulley that sipped through. The oil could be seen in the middle, right where the rubber part is.

Is it a sign that I need to buy a new pulley or is normal?

If the balancer is bad, the rubber usually breaks and it’s obvious.

I am sorry I did not read your entire post.

I did not make any pictures when it was still wet. By now I believe it all got dried out. If it is possible to see something I will post a picture.
