Watching the last few videos it looked like your internal energy was a bit low. The videos were great as was the information and the delivery. Maybe check in with a Doctor to make sure you are eating right and all of your chemicals are in the right balance. Keep up the great work!

Thank you for your concern. I’m a bit tired these days due to the extra work load but I’m fine. I still run 2 miles every other day and lift on the opposite days. I feel pretty good actually.
