Integra Seat belts

Can anyone help me get my seat belts on my 1998 Acura Integra LS working correctly? The seat belts pull out ok, Stay connected and even grab when need to. they just don’t retract by themselves, you have to feed them back in manually. the belts are dirty! would cleaning them help? Should I lube something and with what?

its not for the same car but this might help. I assume the pulley inside is what needs to be lubed.

check this out. You may be able to get the seat belts
replaced under warranty.
