It looks like that vehicle uses a Power Door Lock Control Unit which receives inputs from the various switches and drives outputs (the lock motors). It receives a ground from each switch (or maybe switch pairs). So, what I would do is try to monitor each input to see which one is receiving the ground and that should narrow down what switch (or circuit) is causing problems.

The tough part is the glitch may be very fast, a DVM may not see it so it may require a scope to capture. If you don’t have access to one, an option could be to pull the ‘input’ pins out of the connector (1 at a time) and see which one stops the sporadic locking from happening – and then start troubleshooting that door lock circuit.

The most common cause of that problem is a faulty door lock actuator (there’s a microswitch that goes bad inside them), I recommend checking the front ones first, I usually check them by unplugging them one at a time, when the issue stops I’ve found the effected part. BTW 9 times out of 10 it’s the drivers door lock actuator so you might want to try that one first.
