Hey guys. New to the forum but I’ve been watching ETCG videos for some time. My integra has been making a weird knocking noise at startup…almost sounds like its running too lean. The issue gets worse the longer the car sits. I checked the fuel pressure and everything is with within spec and the fuel pressure rises in response to a snap throttle so I don’t think the fuel pump is the issue. I think the fuel injectors may be stuck open/closed which is why the car runs rough only on startup. Tried cleaning out the injectors with seafoam to no avail. Spark plugs were replaced in February. The ICM checked good per the service manual specs, but the ignition coil did have some corrosion up top around where the built in spring contacts the distributor case. Not sure if that presents a problem. Any ideas? I attached a video. Thanks for the help.

Sorry for taking so long to reply..I got busy focusing on my other cars. Heres another video that illustrates the problem better. Went out to record at the engine bay but the knocking went away right after I popped the hood! I’m certain the issue is spark related..probably the CAS inside the distributor since I am starting to get an intermittent cel telling me the CAS isnt working right. Its possible its the coil, but resistance on the coil checked good last time I popped open the distributor. Thinking its time to try a junkyard distributor and see if that solves the issue.
