Integra blowing white smoke, engine stuttering

Hello all,

So recently i bought a 96 ls integra. The car was running fine.
It had a dirty air filter so i replaced that with a new one. Also took off
The throttle body to clean it and iacv also using throttle body cleaner.
Now white smoke is blowing our the exhaust and smells like gas/fumes
The motor stutters and has a rough idle after warming up. The coolant resovior
Is dirty and empty. Before it was running fine. Any help before i assume its a blown head gasket?
I dont even drive her. I just turn her on to idle. I dont have paperwork yet fyi

Well, white smoke is coolant going into combustion chambers.
That is more towards the IACV removal, as it’s operated by coolant.
Smell of petrol in exhaust points towards incomplete combustion or extremely rich mixture.
I am afraid, when you removed TB and IACV, something was not connected back right, or got damaged.

I sprayed throttle body cleaner into the iacv and let it dry. Could a bad spark plug be the cause of misfire and gas smell ? Also rough idle then hangs at 1.5 rpm then rough idle . Hard time breathing

TPS and MAP sensors are connected properly and not mixed up after throttle body cleaning? Is check engine light on?
