instrument panel problems

Hello Eric, I have a 97 plymouth voyager and the guages would stop working randomely then stopped working ;speedo,gas…so I checked fuses all good but don’t know how to test relays. I removed the dash panel and resoldered recomended spots but didn’t work so need more options please. Also when removed dash can’t figure out the shifter cable mount under dash was mounted but can’t figure out where the white pully was attached dangit. AQnyway any info will be appreciated tyvm and GOD bless

Solder pads on back of the cluster are failing. You may need to do all of them rather than just recommended ones
