I was just wondering if anyone else has customers that will only have one Tech. work on their vehicle?
I ask because I had a conflict today, Two customers came in and both of them will only let me touch their car so I had to tell one of them to come back later. They had no problem doing that as long as I was the one working on their car. And is that good or bad?

Very good thing in my opinion. Shows they like and trust you. Heck I’ve got people swing by just to visit if they haven’t needed a repair in a while. Makes me feel good they view me as a friend not just their mechanic. It should you too. Take it as a compliment. B)
