I have a 2001 Honda accord lx 2.3l vtec 5 speed. It starts every day but has a misfire. I have replaced plugs(ngk), wires(duralast), cap(Honda oem) and rotor(Honda oem). I have cleaned egr valve and passage, cleaned iac after idle surging issues, and still cannot figure this out. It bogs when leaving so possibly tps sensor. Any ideas on other culprits? I’m used to carbs here guys

Well simple fixes first. I would try running some fuel injection cleaner with a tank of gas, a partially clogged injector could cause a misfire. Also a very dirty fuel filter could cause a misfire if it’s impeding the flow of fuel. Do you know what cylinder? Check engine light is on I would imagine? V6 or 4 cylinder?

Oil in the spark plug wells can cause a miss.
          Low fuel pressure.
One or more valves out of adjustment (the lifters are solid not hydraulic).
          A clogged fuel injector.
          Wiring issue for the injectors.
          Vacuum leaks.
          Here’s some steps to follow
