idle issues

Im at a loss. my jeep has been acting so different for the past few months and Im at a loss. It will either idle like normally than suddenly it goes down to like 300rpm and either rev up and back to normal or stall. it also will hesitate sometimes or ill lose power for a sec. its worse some days vs others. any help would greatly be appreciated!!!!

Oops the gif didn’t work. Oh well. There seems to be a change in its behavior but it still remains the same, maybe hopefully ill get a video on here. I really appreciate the info you guys have given me its defiantly made a difference
