2000 Nissan Maxima Idle

Hey y’all
I’ve got a 2000 Nissan Maxima, 3.0 145k miles. Stone cold, it idles high (1500 or so) but steady. Once it warms up, it fluctuates between 1500 and 2k, won’t rev higher than 2k even under load when driving. With the TPS unplugged it idles high (3k) but consistent, and frees up the entire rev range. Replaced TPS, no change. IAC tested good, 26 or so ohms resistance between pins 1-2 2-3 3-4 4-5 and 5-6, no bavuum leaks that I can find, only code is EGR Control Circuit. Checked the solenoid, it was good, diaphragm moves freely and the tube from the intake is clear of obstruction. I’m at a loss here, any help would be appreciated.

Oh, also does anyone know which wires to probe on these for the MAF? Haynes manual just says take it to the shop. Super helpful Haynes
