Identify this part

The check engine light is illuminated on my car. The OBD 2 code is PO 430. Before I replace the catalytic converter I want to repair a vacuum leak that I found. From what I understand a leach can throw off the O2 sensors. Can someone please help me identify this part.

Year, make, model, and engine size please. My first wild guess at it for now would be a control valve of some type for a variable intake runner system.

The pictured part is an Intake Manifold Power Valve Actuator.
Most likely a dealer only item.
You might have luck on Ebay or a junkyard but I would think you will need a replacement gasket.
There are inverted torx screws on it. Check them for tightness.
