i have a 1992 chevy 1500 tbi 4.3 v6 .noticed the the number 4 cylinder the spark plug metal turned a dark gray it went in sliver . it knocks here and there. it blows blue smoke very time i start it. it has a sight miss. it shakes a little. seem it lack power a little bite. its firing on all cylinder tho i never had this engine a part. i the truck used im the 4th owner of truck. its all original still truck drives great still. its a bite slow on take off. but once it going it fly’s it hits 90 before you know it on the interstate . i just been do the oil changes and tune ups cents i owed it. don’t take long for the new oil to go black again tho. it been great truck . has only broke down once. the fuel pump went out. i been thinking about putting in a tbi 5.7l 350 engine. i been do research on this swap and so far only thing i need is a shorter fan shroud and the computer reprogrammed for the 350 engine and motor mounts . what your thought on this swap?
