      I turn the key and the fuel pressure is 50psi i wait and then it comes back down to 36psi the fuel rail doesnt have a check valve so i went to the fuel line coming out of the fuel pump and checked it there. Ca

        need more info. dont worry about codes at the moment. look into basics of whether the engine has fuel, air, spark. Also check battery and terminals. Once you check those and give us more info, it will narrow down what needs to be done

          If you’re losing fuel pressure (I haven’t checked the codes) while it sits with the key on, then the fuel pressure regulator could be suspect. If the car has a ton of miles, the injectors could be leaking. Could be alot of stuff. More info will help bud.

            the p0141 is for 02 heater circuit. check your
            fuses. I think the injectors are on that circuit.
            If the fuse blows again you may have a shorted
            02 sensor heater circuit. you can test with an ohm meter.

              Also here is a video on what to check for with a no start, I would not be as concerned with your fuel pressure numbers unless you have verified that you have spark and that everything is in time.
