      My 1996 honda accord has OBD 1 code 41 which translates to P0141. I put a brand spankin new heated oxygen sensor a few years ago and what do you know, the same code came up after less than a 1000 miles. Whats your opinion and why cars do this?

        Proper diagnosis for starters. Using quality parts helps as well.
