The car has been randomly mis firing for the past two weeks!

Driving down the highway and the car started to misfire. (again)

I have replaced plugs and wires, coils, and Crankshaft position sensor

I have had it to the mechanic 3 times. Each time the car was returned saying it was Okay

      Codes: p0301, p0302,p0305,p0306,p0300

      Any advice?

The engine light does turn off and the car will run okay for a little while if you turn the ignition off and back on if this helps at all.

If you’ve already recently replaced parts in the ignition system, you should double check that everything is installed properly. ie, proper wires going to the proper plugs. The model year would also help.

Also a good idea to check for a mechanical issue. Checking compression might be a good next step.

The above link from DaFirnz to the performance FAQ has additional information you might also find helpful.

Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.

I checked over my work and discovered that the CSPS was loose and I think that it might have been bumping out as the car moved? the car is working great now! thanks for the help!
