If air is in a hydroboost braking system will the pedal be spongy or will it sink to the floor when braking?

Most likely spongy. Usually pedals don’t go to the floor unless there’s a serious problem. Air in the lines will certainly take a lot of pedal effort to get stopped. Only if there’s a ton of air in the line will it go to the floor.
