Okay so I’m just wondering for those who enrolled in a technical college for the auto-tech program, that also offers an optional hybrid class.

If anyone knows their former learning environment(as said above, a technical college) that does so.
Let’s do a little comparison between technical college’s hybrid classes based on personal experience or what other students say regarding his/her experience.

As for mine, I’m not taking the hybrid class that is currently going on right now but from what I’m hearing from a few other students I know.
They been saying, “it’s stupid”, “We don’t get much to do” or “This is a waste of time” and so forth.
A couple side facts regarding the class, the school only has about three hybrid vehicles(two Prius and some Honda)
The optional hybrid class is not NATEF also, meaning National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation and has no task list to accomplish unlike in the program, let’s just say manual transmissions for example for one of the classes offered.
They had a project to do regarding building a generator recently, although I didn’t get to see the demonstration on open campus day.
I also heard they were also going to create bio-diesel and I know they did some work but it didn’t seem to be even related to wearing high voltage gloves(or Linemen gloves?) for safety precautions when working with, or around high voltage cables(or anything orange colored hoses).
Well, I believe that’s all I know so far and most of the time(if not, nearly) most of them are just sitting around or doing other stuff in the shop as of recently.

So, let’s see what your comparison list consist of.
Opinions are also welcome too in this discussion and not just comparing to one another.
