Your best bet is to get a factory service manual, or you could go to alldata.com and click on the DIY button in the top right corner, and subscribe.

I Was thinking of just Scraping out the old air seals and just glue new ones in place making sure they seal it back up like it should

The problem is there is only one airbox that contains your mode and blend door.

im not sure if you could get to all the blend doors that way but if you do great. just an idea is use some of that weather striping for a house that is foam with a sticky back. that mite work for a while unless some one knows of something better.

You would have to evacuate the AC, drain the coolant, and remove the dash and HVAC assembly to address that issue unfortunately, I don’t think you’d be able to do it without going through that process because you access those doors you would need to open

That actually sounds like more work to me then going straight after the airbox…

i wouldn’t worry about the heater core as much as the A/C. you could simply just unhook both hose’s to the heater core and blow some compressed air threw to clean it all out. then all the mess stays out side the ca

Well done on doing the job with the HVAC still in the truck, I was not aware you’d be able to disassemble it to a point where you could get to that stuff.
