HVAC question

ok so I hooked up my gauges and let my truck run at idle (750rpm) with fan on max (4) and ac set to max with the circulating off (getting air from outside).

I am basing my numbers on this chart

before I got my result, I just let the truck idle for 10-15 minutes , and the ambient temp here from where I am is 31-32 degrees celcius with about 70% humidity.

low side – 44 psi
high side – 270 psi

but the pressure chart says I should be getting
low side – 45-55
high side – 250-270

so my question is, am I low on refrigerant?
