      Do you mean where the high pressure fitting goes? If its leaking out of the schrader valve sometimes you can snug it up and be good to go, if not I would recommend replacing the line.

          If you’re talking about the schrader valve used to access the system then maybe.

            A/C work is more suited left to the professionals rather than a DIY’er due to the hazardous Freon chemical and the pro’s usually have the right equipment to service the A/C system.
