my front actuator was making noise, i replace it now my passenger side blow hot air, i have a 2009 expedition, with duel climate

As a rule, if you didn’t have the problem before you did work, then you need to carefully recheck your work to ensure that you didn’t leave a connector disconnected or pinch a wire.
Perhaps you didn’t have any passenger needing AC in a while and had not noticed the passenger’s side issue before now.
Your dual climate control system actually has 2 blend doors; with a blend door actuator for the passenger’s side, in addition to the driver’s side actuator.
The F150 dual climate control setup is the same,as the Expedition

The one i took off i open it and it has a board there only one. It has 5pin the new one only have 2. And it only control the driver side.
Im looking to see if i get the original at ford

Sounds like were sold the actuator to shift the airflow from face to feet instead of the air blend door actuator.
If you go to RockAuto.com, you can search by car or just by using the original part number and then buy the genuine for Ford Motorcraft part for far less than the dealership will charge. (It’s about $25)
Using the same Ford part number you can also get one from Amazon, if you prefer
