1)The noise coming at the joint btn propeller shaft and transfer assembly and increase with acceleration.
2)Disconnected propeller for Transfer, humming Noise gone.

      Question
1)Is there a Bearing at the outer transfer assembly?
      2)Could it be propeller u-joint?
      3)Could it be Center bearing?

As best I can recall, the u-joints aren’t officially serviceable on those. But I worked with a guy that rebuilt them, so if you do enough digging online you might be able to find information on it. There should be a bearing on the output shaft, but I believe the output should always be turning, the rear differential function, at least on newer models, is handled at the differential itself.

A U-joint is basically a metal cross with caps that ride on needle bearings.

          Thank you.
Checked the u-joints, both are in good shape(No movement) thus suspecting the outer bearing.
Online suggestions are …….replacing transfer assembly*
