How do you properly test for voltage feeding the torque converter clutch solenoid on 2000 Honda Civic . I tested the solenoid itself and it tests good both ways Honda says to test it but I’m not getting voltage reading from the wire harness feeling the solenoid. I’m getting the P0740 code however the tranny shifts fine and I don’t get any flashing D4 light? The voltage test I’m doing with key on I get a 0.56 or so on both terminals of the harness and I can’t find anything showing how to test this peticular circuit.? Help please thanks!
