currently living in Qatar in the middle east, nothing much to do here except take weekend drives in the desert. after causing some serious damage to a few vehicles doing just that i decided i needed to get something more suitable for desert driving.
managed to get my hands on a 1992 Jeep Wrangler 4.0L for next to nothing; only problem is that its been sitting for about 3 years (which is this climate is a real car killer).currently i have completely removed the body work (going to replace it with a roll cage) and redone the wiring. when i first found it the fuel tank was completely dry so we hooked up a spare battery and stuck a few drops of fuel into the throttle body and she fired up first time. now i have her in the driveway with half a tank of gas she wont start.

since you have done alot of wiring. I would check the fuses and relay first. second you could test for 12 volts dc at the fuel pump.
3rd you would need a wiring diagram to troubleshoot.C8-)Yup, run 12v to the pump and see if it runs..
It’s could be seized though from sitting with no gas in the tank.do you have a fuel pressure gauge? that would be an easy first step to confirm for sure that the pump isn’t doing its job.
also, 1+ to college man. begining with checking the fuse/relay for power and jumping the relay might save you from crawling around under the vehicle.
