How to rest most GM maintainence lights

I’m not sure who might benifit from this but i thought i would see if I could help anyone who doesn’t know how to reset there maintainence light on their GM. The most common is turn the key on but don’t start the vehicle, push the gas pedal to the floor 3 times and turn the key off. Some of the newer models are through the trip button. Turn the key on, push the trip button until you see the oil life appear, hold the trip button and watch it reset the oil life. On certain saturns there is a button inside of the fuse block underneath the hood. Feel free to ask if you have any other questions on how to reset your change oil light.
