      Eric,
you should make a short video about how this can be made. Some of the people who work in shops may offer to take requests to have a bad O2 sensor that has been replaced with a new one saved and sent to the requestee who is interested in making one of these maybe just for the cost of postage and handling.

      Just a thought.

That’s probably not going to happen but you’re welcome to post something in the “How To” forum about this if you have the information. The reason is this is not the way I test catalytic converters. If I get a P0420 code I just look at the O2 readings on the scan tool or use my laser thermometer to check the temperature of the inlet and outlet of the catalytic converter. These tests often reveal if there is a problem. As for a restricted exhaust I prefer to use a vacuum gauge or remove an O2 sensor and take it for a drive. I will be making videos on the above at some point.

        Thanks for the suggestion.
