With the trans leak, run the car, id say 10 mins, or around the block, put cardboard or something underneath the vehicle, that will give the general area where the leak may be coming from, the brake pedal sounds like it could be a caliper going bad, have you removed the brakes and checked? What do they look like, as for pad wear, and rotor groves, is the rubber around the caliper piston fully seated or is it torn or even slipping off at all?

well it sounds like to me u need to some die in the transmission and use a uv light this is a cheap and easy way to find leaks and for the brakes if u do not c a leak at any of tires I would go to the master cylinder this is how they act a lot of the time win they are bypassing of corse if u have leak fix it and bleed the brakes. I think that etcg has a how to on this.

Start with a good cleaning to help you find the leak. More info here.

As for the brakes, sounds like you might have a master cylinder issue. I would check the system over for leaks first however. More info on that here.
