How to advice on replacing a torsion bar

I have a 2003 Taurus. The left trunk torsion bars snapped and needs replacement. I have gotten a replacement bar. I need help understanding on how to install the new one. A video of this would be great but pictures and an explanation would be great too. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately this is not what I am looking for. I am looking for the bars that hold the trunk lid up. There are two bars near where the speakers are located. I have looked all over the Internet for how to instructions on installation with no luck.
