I got a 04 Nissan Sentra and looking to do a fuel pressure test because of some start up issues I have at times.
Is there a test port that I don’t know about on the car that I can plug into? Is this a good way of tying into the fuel line, where this guy instructs to tie into, in the video . Now the setup, can I slide that 2 inch fuel hose over that T fitting, pipe clamp (what’s in the pic). Then slide the other end over the metal fuel line and pipe clamp it, like the guy mentions in the vid? Then I imagine I can slip the 90 degree fuel hose fitting that the guy separates in the vid on the other end of the T fitting with that retainer clip? Will things be snug enough that it won’t leak even with the pipe clamps? 2 inch hose fuel did go on nice and snug on that T fitting, just want to make sure? I got Actron CP9920a fuel pressure kit, there some other fittings in there. The only other way I see to tie in is a fitting near the fuel rail. which looks tough to separate (2nd pic).

That video is not a correct way to check fuel pressure. There is a Schrader Valve on the end of the fuel rail. Hook the gauge up to that. Not only do you need to make sure there is pressure, but it has to be the correct pressure. I recommend getting a service manual and forget YouTube.

to test koeo fuel pressure disconnect the line at the firewall and install I believe
1/2 fuel line up to the flare spool and clamp it. to release fuel pressure pull the fuel
pump fuse and crank the engine for 1 minute. then release the line. To read running
FP the fuel line at the fuel rail will need to be disconnected with a quick connect tool.
Then fuel line connected as stated above and the gauge inline between the two points.
FP should be 51 psi running

              They often require special tools.
