Horn and volume controls not working 01 accord.

The volume controls and horn on my steering wheel do not work properly. Sometimes they will work when I first start my car but after a few minutes of driving there is no functionality. Or sometimes they work at random.

The cruise control DOES in fact work without a problem.

I drive a 2001 Honda Accord EX V6

Any ideas?

Most likely broken clock spring wire. Cruise control, audio, horn all have separate wires.
