I figure it’s about time to get the horn working. The fuse in the fuse box has been pulled so it’s currently not working.

      Symptoms:
Horn comes on randomly, doesn’t necessarily have to be touched. Normally would happen in humid weather. Then began to happen with no rhyme or reason.

Sometimes when it is pressed it works, other times there’s a clicking sound.

I’ve replaced the horn fuse in the fuse box and also the black boxy one down near the driver side door. Any suggestions?

Also what’s the difference between a low tone and a high tone horn (both are given as OE replacements)?

      Thanks!

I suspect both horns are on the same circuit. It sounds like you have a short somewhere. My first suspect would be the switch. You would need to check it’s continuity to see if it’s working properly. Next I would check the relay but if you don’t find anything there you may have a wiring issue somewhere.
