Honda RD1 burning oil

What are the solutions for the car?
Symptoms
1)Burning oil
2)Black soot on plugs thus coursing hard start and misfire
3)After car sitting overnight its hard to start.

NB; No overheating.

What is the mileage on the engine?
How much oil is being burned?
Have you performed a compression test?
Have you performed a leak down test?
Have you checked the fuel trims numbers?
Have you checked for a possible bad gasket causing oil to migrate into the intake ports?

NO test done yet but first suspect is valve seals
